Our Mission
Our mission is to create sustainable, resilient, and efficient urban infrastructure to meet today's challenges. Our focus is on building the foundational infrastructure that will allow for the development of floating cities.
Urbanization Challenges
Demographic
Managing rapid population growth and ensuring infrastructure development keeps pace with growth.
Socio-economic
Providing affordable housing and ensuring inclusive and equitable urban services.
Technological
Overcoming complexity in urban infrastructure planning and management.
Environmental
Implementing effective waste treatment and building infrastructure resilient to environmental shocks.
Financial
Delivering high-quality infrastructure at reduced costs.
of the global population will reside in urban areas by 2050.
of the world's GDP is contributed by urban areas.
1.5M
people migrate to cities every week.
Sustainable development cannot be achieved without significantly transforming the way urban spaces are built and managed.
Our Vision
We envision floating cities as the future of urban infrastructure, utilizing oceanic spaces to create sustainable, resilient, and efficient cities.
Modular and scalable structure, conceived not just as a city, but as a system.
Each module integrates essential urban infrastructure systems, including transport, energy, waste, water and communications.
The infrastructure is designed to withstand environmental shocks, such as storms and rising sea levels, providing a stable and safe living environment.
This system requires less upfront investment, allowing the city to grow as needed, ensuring financial feasibility and scalability.
The infrastructure offers a resilient ecosystem and essential services, enabling buildings and inhabitants to thrive.
Modules can be mass-produced and delivered efficiently, connecting to form larger structures for scalable urban development.
Modular System
Our infrastructure uses prefabricated concrete pontoons, built off-site and assembled on-site to create the foundation for floating cities, ensuring durability and efficiency.
Integrated Urban Infrastructure
Once assembled, these pontoons form the foundation for a modular, scalable infrastructure system that supports essential urban services.
Functional City
The prefabricated modules seamlessly connect to form a fully functional floating city. Each module is designed as a self-sufficient unit, and when combined, they create an interconnected urban ecosystem.
